This is practical, action oriented work. At the same time, it affords an opportunity for the leader to reflect on his or her personal mission as applied to business during the years remaining to him or her in this lifetime.
Based on this combination of hard work and quiet reassessment, the leader can return to the fray with renewed intensity of commitment and clarity of direction.
This work can be provided on a stand alone basis to business leaders. It can also be offered to the CEO, other executives, board members, or other selected members of the organization in conjunction with a consulting project. While not required, many leaders will welcome the chance to probe the opportunities for them personally as leaders and for the organization. This can be very helpful as senior management decides whether or not it wishes to take up the challenge. It can also be useful to leaders as they help to build successes and meet challenges during implementation.
